Registration is now open for NASAA’s 2024 Spring Meeting, Public Policy Symposium, and Congressional Visits Program (CVP)!   

This annual event brings together NASAA Members for events including Business and Zone Meetings; the annual SEC/NASAA 19(d) Conference; and the newly expanded Congressional Visits Program.  The CVP will be held on two days this year, and NASAA Members may seek meetings with their congressional delegation on May 7 or 8, or both days.

NASAA will also convene a Public Policy Symposium on May 7, which is open to the public. This year’s theme of “Artificial Intelligence in Securities Markets” promises to spur interesting discussions on this timely topic. The Symposium will feature a fireside chat focused on legislative hot topics, as well as two panel discussions. The first panel is titled Artificial Intelligence in Client Services and will explore opportunities and challenges presented by the increased use of artificial intelligence-based applications for firms, regulators, and investors alike.  The second panel is titled Artificial Intelligence in Capital Raising and will discuss how the use of artificial intelligence-based applications and technologies is transforming various functions related to capital formation for both startups and seasoned investors.

Cancellations:

In-Person Registrants: Cancellations for the in-person meeting attendees must be received in writing at register@nasaa.org no later than midnight, April 19, 2024, to receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee.) After this deadline, registration fees are non-refundable, but substitutions are permitted. If you cancel and registration fee is non-refundable, you can access the event virtually during the meeting or after the meeting by visiting the NASAA webpage. Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, subject to any terms and conditions by the hotel.

Virtual Registrants: Cancellations for the virtual attendees are non-refundable. You can access the event virtually during the meeting or after the meeting by visiting the NASAA webpage.

Dress Code: The dress code for the Public Policy Symposium on Tuesday, May 7 is business.  All other events are business casual.
