Registration is now open for the 2023 Spring Meeting and Policy Symposium! This year’s theme of “Working Smarter to Promote Responsible Capital Formation” promises to offer insights and knowledge that will enhance your career. The symposium will feature a roundtable titled Planning for the Next Generation of Investors, as well as two panel discussions.

The first panel discussion will reflect on the passage of the JOBS Act in 2012 and opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurs, investors, regulators, and small business owners, and the second will focus on the opportunities to make regulatory compliance even easier for entrepreneurs and small businesses. 

This annual event consists of sessions for NASAA Members only (state and provincial regulators) to include Business, and Zone Meetings; the SEC/ NASAA 19(d) Conference (state and provincial regulators, SEC, and invited guests from FINRA and other government agencies only); and the Public Policy Symposium which is open to industry and other attendees. 

This event will be held in-person and virtually.  Register today to secure your space. 

COVID-19 Recommendations and Accommodations

NASAA has updated its COVID-19-related requirements for in-person events. Attendees are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result. NASAA strongly recommends that attendees stay up to date on their vaccinations and take a rapid test immediately before traveling to a NASAA event. If you test positive, please attend the event virtually. NASAA will make rapid tests and masks available onsite. Anyone who experiences COVID-19 symptoms or learns they have tested positive during an event will be expected to leave the meeting space and attend the event virtually.  Please note that these requirements may change depending on developments in pandemic conditions.
