The 2026 Investment Adviser Training will be held April 14-16 at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. Travel days for the training are Monday, April 13 and Friday, April 17.
Join your fellow regulators for a 3-day training in New Orleans. The training will explore topics that include Custodians, Pooled
Investment Vehicle Exam Application, Suitability, Tracking a Trade from Start to Finish, IAR CE Technology Update, Performance-Based Fees, and Digital Assets.
The training will also focus on providing an interactive program through four one-on-one workshops on NEMO, financial records review, interviewing techniques, and trade blotters.
Who Should Attend
The training is intended for examiners, attorneys, and investigators that conduct examinations, audits, and interviews of investment advisers. Attendees will have the option to attend beginner or experienced tracks, and some sessions will be combined.
