The 2025 Enforcement Training will be held March 4-6 at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Travel days for the training are Monday, March 3 and Friday, March 7.

The NASAA Enforcement Training is a three-day program designed to educate attendees on current enforcement-focused trends and to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to perform your job duties and advance your career. The agenda for this training was developed by the Enforcement Section’s Training Project Group and features speakers from state and provincial securities regulatory agencies, federal agencies, and a variety of industry-related organizations. This year’s training includes discussions on topics including dark patterns, artificial intelligence, ethics, digital assets and many more. There are both joint sessions and concurrent sessions included in the agenda, attendees are encouraged to select the concurrent sessions that best align with their goals and areas of specialty.
