Step 3: Answer a few questions and save your responses.

Step 4: Scroll down to select your desired meeting sessions and the meal offerings.

Step 5. Click "Proceed to Check Out."

Step 6. Enter payment information (if necessary).

Cancellations:

In-Person Registrants: Cancellations for the in-person meeting attendees must be received in writing at register@nasaa.org no later than midnight, September 15, 2026, to receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee.) After this deadline, registration fees are non-refundable, but substitutions are permitted. If you cancel and registration fee is non-refundable, you can access the event virtually during the meeting or after the meeting by visiting the NASAA webpage. Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, subject to any terms and conditions by the hotel.

Virtual Registrants: Cancellations for the virtual attendees are non-refundable. You can access the event virtually during the meeting or after the meeting by visiting the NASAA webpage.

Travel Days:

• All Members will be reimbursed for two members representing his/her jurisdiction
• NASAA Board members and Section Chairs should plan to arrive on Friday, October 2 and depart on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
• All other attendees, including NASAA members using a voucher, should plan to arrive on Saturday, October 3, and depart on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
