  • NASAA's discounted room rate is $341 CA plus 17% tax.

Reimbursement Information

Attendees who travel to the training on this dedicated training voucher will be reimbursed:
  • Coach class airfare (lowest available non-refundable fare with a 30-day advance purchase recommended).
  • The NASAA room rate plus taxes and fees over the meeting dates. If you need or intend to stay at the hotel longer than the specified meeting dates, please contact us by email at register@nasaa.org as soon as possible.  In some cases, we are able to provide the NASAA room rate for extra nights, but in other cases we cannot.  Also, NASAA will not reimburse any night not approved in advance, or any amount above the NASAA room rate.
  • Maximum daily qualifying personal expenses of $55. Qualifying personal expenses are most reasonable and customary expenditures for personal expense items associated with business travel or entertainment, including meals and beverages, use of hotel health facilities or laundry services and snacks or other sundries.
  • No more than $150 of necessary ground transportation expenses while in the event city.
  • Please note that car rental fees ARE NOT reimbursable.
