COVID-19 Recommendations and Accommodations

NASAA has updated its COVID-19-related requirements for in-person events. Attendees are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result. NASAA strongly recommends that attendees stay up to date on their vaccinations and take a rapid test immediately before traveling to a NASAA event. If you test positive, please attend the event virtually. NASAA will make rapid tests and masks available onsite. Anyone who experiences COVID-19 symptoms or learns they have tested positive during an event will be expected to leave the meeting space and attend the event virtually.  Please note that these requirements may change depending on developments in pandemic conditions. Reimbursement Information

Meeting Attendees must submit requests for reimbursement of travel expenses using the Concur online system. Concur is an online database that allows you to electronically submit your travel expense reimbursement request to NASAA. You can elect to receive payment directly into a bank account or via paper check.

You can use a desktop or laptop PC to complete the reimbursement request and attach copies of the receipts in pdf format or you can use the Concur application to complete the request using your mobile device and attaching pictures of your receipts.

How does the process work? 

There are three steps when requesting reimbursements via Concur.

• Capture all expenses and upload copies of the required receipts.
• Describe and detail the expenses in the reimbursement request.
• Review and submit.
